N Street Condominium is an innovative redevelopment project located just south of DC's famous Dupont Cirlcle. The project involves the reuse of several existing historic rowhomes and a new mid-rise tower addition with a courtyard amenity area in-between. As part of the open space design, CGLA is introducing living walls within the courtyard, LED ground-mounted lighting, native planting beds and an outdoor gas powered fire pit.
